3. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. The server log files generated in this process (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser used) are processed to ensure smooth operation and to improve our offering (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). As Vercel Inc. is based in the USA, data may be transferred to a third country. Vercel contractually commits to complying with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as an appropriate safeguard within the meaning of Art. 46 GDPR.

4. Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form, including the contact details you provide there (name, email address, company, optional message/phone number), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, provided your inquiry relates to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR), where such consent has been obtained.

We do not pass on this data without your consent, with the exception of the email delivery provider named in section 5, which is required for the technical delivery of your inquiry.

Data entered in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, you withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

5. Email delivery via Strato

For the technical delivery of messages from our contact form, we send emails directly via our own mailbox hosted with STRATO AG (SMTP) — no separate third-party email delivery service is used. The data you enter in the form is processed solely for the purpose of email delivery.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our website currently does not use any cookies for analytics or marketing purposes, and no tracking or analytics tools. Only technically necessary data is processed as part of hosting (see section 3).

7. Your rights as a data subject

Within the scope of applicable statutory provisions, you have the following rights: the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
